Duncan, James Lt.Col, retired RCASC passed away peacefully on Monday January 17, 2017 at Campbell House in his 91st year. James, is predeceased by his beloved wife Gwen. He will be deeply missed by his daughter Karyn (Terry) Booth and son Fred (Sandra) Duncan. Forever cherished by his grandchildren Suzanne (Randal), Alexander and Kathryn. Survived by sisters Margaret (the late Alan) Carr and Lorraine (Ray) Ball; predeceased by brother Alex (Myrle) and sister Lois (the late Norman) Clark. He will be remembered by nieces, nephews, many friends and military colleagues. As per his wishes cremation has taken place. A service of remembrance will be held at Base Borden at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice Georgian Triangle (Campbell House) would be appreciated by the family.
