When I was delivering the mail one cold December day. The days when we had lots of snow it was late around 5p.m. Dark and dreary my last call was at Bette's house on third street. She had the veranda light on as I came up the stairs she happened to hear me looked out the window and then opened the door laughing and said what are you doing so late delivering mail. I responded said your my last call then I am walking home. I lived on Cedar Street. She said you look cold would you like a coffee. I said sure went in sat down had a coffee she spiked it with something it was the best coffee ever. She said would you like another. Okay later I said what time is it supper time got to get home. She laughed and said it is 7P.M. Oh Oh I got alot of explaning to do at home. We both laughed and off I went. I will never forget her and every  time go buy the house I tell people best coffee ever.
