Bernard Douglas “Bud” Crookes passed away peacefully on Friday April 5, 2019 at Sunset Manor in Collingwood in his 96th year. Bud, beloved husband of June Jacqueline Crookes. Loving father of Brian Douglas Crookes (Linda) and Deborah Anne Rogers. Cherished grandfather of Jacqueline Christine Rogers (Colin James), Jason James Douglas Rogers (Brittany), Shannon Kathleen Crookes, Lyndsay Patricia Money (Dave) Great grandfather of Adelaide, Odin, Keira, Mia James & McKenna Nicholson. Survived also by sister Betty Knowles (late Jack). A Celebration of Bud’s Life will take place on Friday April 12, 2019 at 1:00pm at Trinity United Church, 140 Maple Street Collingwood. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made payable to the Endowment Fund of Rotary Foundation in Mr. Crookes memory.
