Long-time resident of Nottawa, ON died peacefully in her sleep in her 102nd year. Born the sixth of twelve children to Wilfred and Alma (Tracey) Wilson on the family farm in Kolapore, ON.
Bernice is predeceased by her husband, William Ford, eldest son Garry and daughter in law Madeleine. She will be dearly missed by children Bob (Patsy), Randy (Anne), Karen (Ken), Dan (Beth) and Rick (Julie) along with 12 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
Survived by sisters Doris (Bill) Bowins, Marjorie (Tony) DenBok and sisters in law Gloria Wilson and Anita Wilson. Predeceased by siblings Rhoda (Archie) Ferguson, Elva (Langford) Legace, Ida (Gordon) Dwinnel, Bertan (Alice) Wilson, Eva (Henry) Hollingsworth, Inez (Robert) Watson, Frank (Gloria) Wilson, Alex (Hilda) Wilson and Alvin (Anita) Wilson.
Bernice’s great joy was spending time in her always blooming garden and creating beautiful quilts to enter in the fall fair.
A heartfelt thankyou to Jody Thorne and staff for the special care and attention to mom’s needs.
