Obituary for Brian Gibson
Gibson, Brian Allan passed away peacefully at Collingwood General & Marine Hospital on February 4, 2023, in his 71st year. Dearly loved husband and best friend of June Gibson (nee Clifford) for 48 years. Survived by his sister-in-law Amanda Gibson and much-loved nieces Melanie (Tom) and Felicity Gibson of England. Also survived by brother-in-law Joe (Sue) Clifford and sisters-in-law Janice and Ellen Clifford. Uncle “B” will be missed by his many loving nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, great-great niece and will be fondly remembered by all his friends.
Predeceased by his parents Kenneth and Kay Gibson, brothers Bev and Ron Gibson, brothers and sisters-in-law Doug and Betty, Don, Elmer Clifford and Edith Hyde.
As per Brian’s wishes cremation has taken place. A private family celebration of life will be held at a later date. Donations in memory of Brian can be made to Collingwood General & Marine Hospital or the charity of your choice.
