Richens, Bruce Harvie passed away peacefully at home on Saturday December 19, 2020 in his 82nd year. Bruce was predeceased by his beloved wife Helena (nee King) and son Michael, survived by his wife Christine. He will be deeply missed by his daughters Leigh Anne (Kevin) George, Patricia Richens and Catherine Richens (Mike Farrell). He will be forever cherished by his grandchildren Jennifer (Johnny), Ashley (Jamie), Brett, Tyler, Mabel Ray and Sawyer and great grandchildren - which he was affectionately called "King Papa" - Devon, Isabella, Ethan, Sofia, Logan, Noah and Henry. Bruce was born in Collingwood to parents George and Florence, he is survived by his brothers Fred (Edith), Paul (Debbie); predeceased by his sisters Jean (the late Gordon) Thomas, Linda (Harry James), Margaret and Patricia (the late Robert Blackburn). He will be remembered by many nieces and nephews and dearly missed by Pat and Karen Hammond (Paul).The family extends thanks and gratitude to the team from St. Elizabeth’s for their kindness and care. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Hospice Georgian Triangle – Campbell House or St. Elizabeth’s Health Care Foundation.
