Mills, Carl died peacefully on November 4, 2020 at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre at 63. Carl is survived and deeply missed by his loving wife Karen (nee Hall), step son James Hall, grandchildren Christopher and Dante. He will be remembered by his mother in law Barbara Hall and his siblings Arlene, Lucille, Brian and Karen. He was predeceased by his parents Otto and Pearl, brother Keith and sister Eleanor. Carl had a large family and many friends who will miss him dearly. Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will be held at a later date.
