With sadness we write that Carl passed away on Sunday January 3, 2021 at the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital. Carl was born in Thunder Bay to parents Carl and O’Dee Ostrum. He is survived by his son Jared (Lisa) of Thunder Bay and his sisters Margaret Robertson of Collingwood and Janice Soergel of West Palm Beach, FL., nephews David (Erin) Soergel of Basel Switzerland and Greg (Jura) Soergel of Portland, OR. Carl will be deeply missed by all who knew him. As per his wishes cremation has taken place. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society of the charity of your choice.
