Cooper, Carole Ann (Aitchson/nee Walton)
Formerly of Toronto, died peacefully on Sunday Dec. 27, 2020 at Campbell House Hospice in Collingwood in her 78th year. Beloved wife of Sam Cooper. Cherished godmother of Deidre Orr (Owen Sound) and Suzanne Hartmann (Toronto). Much loved by Cooper relatives in the U.K., and her Walton cousins Ken (Etobicoke), Karen (Vancouver) and their families. Sorely missed by many friends and neighbours. Carole was an avid golfer who loved to paint in her spare time. She loved life and faced all challenges with optimism, positive thinking and an incredible inner strength that served as an inspiration to all who knew and loved her. Private cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will be planned when people are permitted to gather. In lieu of flowers, donations in Carole’s memory can be made to Hospice Georgian Triangle – Campbell House.
