Down, Catherine passed away peacefully on Saturday June 22, 2019 at the Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre in her 76th year. Catherine, beloved wife of John; mother of Jonathan (Theresa) Down and Anya (Lee) Werrell; proud grandmother of Jennifer (John), Samantha (Nathan), Anthony (Stephanie), Kianne and Michaela and great grandmother of Lillian-Rose, Scarlett, Katie, Ryan, Ashton, Chloe, Noah and Finn will be deeply missed. As per her wishes cremation has taken place and no formal services will be held. As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society in Catherine’s memory.
