In Collingwood, Ontario on Monday January 28th in her 94th year. Beloved wife of the late Dr. John McLean and treasured mom to Karen (Pete), Allison (Greg), and Lianne (Neil). Predeceased by her son, John. Much loved Nanny to Rebecca (Mike), Amanda (Eddy), Chris (Sarah), Sarah (Glen), and Kate, and great grandmother to Mikayla, Maleah, Tessa, Beckett, Colton and Jake.
Church, volunteering, swimming, teaching, singing and traveling all played important roles in her life. Her generous, fun-loving heart touched many people. We will cherish her strong faith in Jesus, and her gracious, kind and loving spirit forever. Thank you to the staff at Sunset Manor, and to Cindy for her extra care and support for our mother.
In lieu of flowers, donations are welcomed at the Salvation Army Collingwood or Compassion Canada.
A celebration of life will be held on April 27, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. at Fawcett Funeral Home - Collingwood Chapel.
