Elder, Eleanor Joyce passed away peacefully at Campbell House Hospice, Collingwood on Monday December 16, 2019 in her 95th year. Eleanor, beloved wife of the late James Esmond Elder (2008). Much loved mom of Wayne (Heidi), Brent, Eyrill (Lori) Elder and Beverlee (Chris) Fekete. Adored grandmother of Greg (Jen), Meaghan (Brian), Brad (Robyn), Andrew (Chelsea), Elyssa and Lauryn; cherished great grandma of Audrina, Derek, Mara, Maverick, Jackson, Adelyn, Finleigh and Reese. Eleanor is survived by her sisters in law Betty Rose, Beth and Mildred Elder. Predeceased by her grandchildren Liam, Quinn, A.J., Mya and Amy, her parents James & Ethel and by her siblings Harold, Ivan and Audrey. Eleanor will be forever cherished by her many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and special neighbours Sharon & Ray. A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday January 25, 2020 at St. Luke’s Anglican Church. In lieu of flowers donations to Hospice Georgian Triangle – Campbell House or St. Luke’s Anglican Church would be appreciated.
