We are so sorry for your loss Dustin and Karii. We got to know Esther many years ago when she lived in Thompson. She was very dedicated to her family and was so loving and compassionate. She will be missed. Our thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Esther was my friend for many years. A most unique individual, I sometimes compared her to an Old Testament prophet. Her "messages" were not always easy to take. But she was equally hard on herself. She believed as a Christian God should be more important than things (so she got rid of almost everything she owned) and more important than people, including friendships and family (unfortunately). Yet she could be fun-loving and so full of compassion, way beyond what most of us are capable of. The drop-in centre at Yonge Street Mission can attest to that.
May she enjoy the peace that eluded her so often now that she is in the arms of our Lord.

Albert and I really enjoyed getting to know Esther. Her presence was always felt at church and at the community dinner. Esther will be missed by all.
Blessings to the family. Susan & Albert
