Gail Mary Bartholomew passed away on January 18, 2021, in Lansing, MI at the of 68. A memorial service is planned for a later date. Gail was born in Collingwood, Ontario on August 8, 1952 to Thomas and Joyce (nee Wishart) Grieveson. Gail migrated with her family to Boulder, CO in 1970, where she married and had two children. She continued her journey to Moline, IL in 1977, where she raised her two sons. In 1997, she relocated to Columbus, IN for the next 12 years. Gail spent some time in Washington, DC before making Spring, TX her home. She spent her last month with her family in Grand Ledge, MI.
Gail in survived by her sons Wade and Todd Bartholomew, Todd's spouse Christina, two grandchildren Taylor Bartholomew and Siobahn Nunn, two great-grandchildren, Payton Yeater and Brantley Vols, and her beloved pup, Yogi.
Gail lived life to the fullest. Her love and support of all animals, especially those in need, was unwavering. Gail loved going to thrift shops, antique stores and never missed a garage sale, always in search of amazing "treasures". Her heart was full of kindness and love which she shared throughout her amazing trek with anyone she met. She already sorely missed and will always be loved.
