Elphinstone, Joyce passed away peacefully at Sunset Manor in Collingwood on Monday February 15, 2021 in her 92nd year. Joyce will be deeply missed by her daughter Susan Belcher, predeceased by son Michael Belcher. She will be forever cherished by her grandchildren Sarah, Charles , Jessica, Josh and Alyssa and 7 great grandchildren. As per her wishes cremation has taken place. A service of remembrance will be held when it is safe to gather. In lieu of flowers donations to Out of the Cold Collingwood would be appreciated.
