Our family announce Ken’s passing on Sunday October 9, 2022, in his 77th year. He is loved deeply by his wife of 54 years, Lillian (nee Greenwood) and their 3 sons, David (Margot), Tim (Amy) and Michael (Brendan). His 5 grandchildren Lucas, Saffron, Payton, Adelaide and Brinley will treasure the memory of him as their kind, generous and fun-loving Grandpa / Grandad.
Ken was the only child of the late Harry and Betty Brown. He was raised in Toronto and attended Upper Canada College and Western University. Mr. Brown touched the lives of his many students in his career as a science teacher at George S. Henry Academy and A. Y. Jackson Secondary School.
Family and friends will be received for visitation at Fawcett Funeral Home – Collingwood Chapel on Thursday October 13, 2022, from 3-5 p.m. Interment at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to Collingwood General & Marine Hospital Foundation, Hospice Georgian Triangle or a charity of choice may be made in Ken’s memory.
