LAWRANCE, Mary Elizabeth (née Bastow) January 18, 1927 – November 8, 2022
Nana died peacefully, pain free, and in her sleep at Campbell House in Collingwood on Tuesday, November 8th, 2022.
In remembering Mom, many thoughts come to mind; Branksome and Rosedale debutante, Southampton beach beauty, strong willed, caregiver, charity leader, determined, voracious reader, dead eye curler, President of the worlds' only all female golf club, entrepreneur, green thumb gardener and President of the Toronto Garden Club, devoted wife of Graham (Tiddler) for 60+ years, dog lover, hiker, card shark, and lastly a Collingwood Duffy.
Mom, go in peace. Dad, Maggie, Tallulah, Taffy, and the Kerry Blues are waiting.
You are loved and will always be remembered by all as a devoted and compassionate Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, and will be sorely missed by all.
The family will remember her in a private gathering. Donations can be made in Mom's name to Hospice Georgian Triangle - Campbell House or the Collingwood General & Marine Hospital.
