Maverick John McKnight came into this world sooner than anyone could have expected and left it sooner than anyone wanted. Born October 26, 2019 at Mount Sinai Hospital to parents John & Erica McKnight; Maverick was their little “Man of Steel” and was surrounded by love all 26 days of his short time here on earth, he will be missed and forever loved by all his family. Precious grandson of Michael & Anne-Marie Findlay and Glenn & Elizabeth McKnight; great grandson of Aditha Marshall (Mike Royal), Carol & the late Peter Findlay, Freda Gollop and Diane & the late Laurie LeBlanc. Maverick was loved by his aunts and uncles Renée & Josh Churchley, Nicholas Findlay (Maggie Jasek) and David & Ruth McKnight. He will be held in the hearts of his cousins Noah, Elijah & Lucas Churchley, his great aunts and uncles and extended family. A service of remembrance will be held at Fawcett Funeral Home – Collingwood Chapel at 6 p.m. on Thursday November 28, 2019. In lieu of flowers donations to Ronald McDonald House would be appreciated by the family.
