Lougheed, Richard James passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of his family on Thursday February 10, 2022, at the age of 74. Richard was predeceased by his beloved wife Ruth (nee Jackson) in 2019. He will be remembered as the proud and loving father of Mike and his wife Jill and grandfather of Marcus and Sophie. Born in Brampton to parents Lawrence and Vera Lougheed, Richard is survived by his brother Doug (Liz) Lougheed and predeceased by his sister Joanne Bowman. A graveside service will be held in the spring at Rob Roy Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Alzheimer Society may be made in Richard's memory.
