It is with heavy hearts and deep sadness that the family of Sabrina Spicher announces her peaceful passing surrounded by the love of family and friends on Thursday July 11, 2019 after a courageous battle with cancer. Sabrina, was the loving wife of Mike McDermid and proud mother of Lauren, Lindsay and Leah. She will be deeply missed by her parents Barry & Louise Spicher, her grandfather Louis Robitaille, grandmother Jeanette Weel, brothers Chris and Brad, sister Samantha and her mother in law Linda McDermid. Throughout her illness Sabrina was strong, determined and graceful and continued to be the best wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend to those she loved the most; she will be remembered by all who knew her. As per her wishes cremation has taken place, a celebration of life will be held at the Duntroon Community Centre on Friday July 26th beginning at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to the RVH Cancer Centre would be appreciated.
