Saddened to hear Susan passed. Although I only knew her for a short time, we shared some laughs. Take care of yourself Doug.

We shared the same first name which seemed to instantly connect us. We also shared a love for dogs. I will miss our visits and our conversations about all of the dogs we have owned over the years.

I met Sue many years ago when we worked together at Atlas Editions in Scarborough. We hit it off right away and became fast friends. I look back on those days with love and fondness, not because of the job, but because of how much fun she brought to it. I actually looked forward to going to work everyday because of her. I never knew what practical joke she was going to pull on others as well as myself. I loved that about her. When she moved to Wasaga Beach the job became for me, just a job. The fun left with Sue. I missed her. The friendship we had carried on though, and over the years we kept in touch with letters and phone calls. We cried with each other during our saddest times and we laughed during the good ones. I was lucky to call this dear, kind hearted woman my friend. Rest in peace my dear friend. I love you.
