Obituary for Sylvia MacTavish
Sylvia Ruth MacTavish (Stinson). On November 22, 2022, our much-loved mother, grandmother, and friend passed away peacefully at home at the age of 89. She was with her family during her final days.
She leaves her son John (Jennifer), her adored grandson Rory, sister June Bulmer, and her many nieces and nephews. She will also be sadly missed by her dear friend Deanna Kenwell.
Sylvia is predeceased by her beloved husband Richard, daughter Katie, brother Robert and sister Helen.
The family would especially like to thank the nurses and support staff from the North Simcoe Muskoka Local Health Integration Network for their support.
The family will be arranging a celebration of life at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Sylvia’s name to the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital.
