It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Travis Joseph Moore on Tuesday March 1, 2022 at the age of 33. Travis will be forever loved by his soulmate Tammy Carson, mother Karen, and his pride and joy daughter Victoria and he will be remembered by Tammy's children Cody and Jayce. Travis loved his family deeply, he will be missed by his brother Patrick, sisters Lisa and Melody (Matthew), nephews Ronan, Jozaih, Travis and Quentin, uncles Dave (Laura), Paul (Faye), Tim (Rose), Joe (Mylene), cousins Joseph, Johnny, Sarah, Ivan and Mylene. He will be missed also by many friends. Funeral service will be held at Fawcett Funeral Home at 2 p.m. on Wednesday March 9, 2022.
