Walter, a founding member of Alpine Ski Club, passed away at Campbell House Hospice in Collingwood at the age of 93.
Walter is survived by his Canadian family: niece, Donna Warner (Ron Moir) and his nephew, Jim Warner (Janet); his great nieces and nephews, Daniel, Adrienne Emily, Maeghan, Marta and Jon; his great-great nieces and nephews, Cole, Max, Florence, Fraser, Nathan, Kayley, Beau, Aidan, Rylee and by his Austrian family: the Loeffelhardts; Wolfgang (Christine), Christoph (Annika), Julian (Michaela) and Malou.
Predeceased by; his wife June (Fudge), father Max, mother Else (Loeffelhardt), brother Jack and niece Brenda Warner.
The family invite friends to join them December 3, 2022 at 11:00 am for a memorial service at Fawcett Funeral Home, 82 Pine Street Collingwood. Interment Wasaga Cemetery in the spring.
