I don't really know where to begin. I enjoyed so many rounds of golf with Brian. He was an exceptional golfer, but even more, a lot of fun to play with or play against.

Wayne Sharp and I especially had a lot of fun rounds. In particular a number of matches against Brian and his brother Steve. On one occasion we beat them in a game at an out of town course. They wanted a rematch at Blue Mountain. We teased them it would be "easy fishing." So, Wayne and I showed up at the first tee wearing hip waders and fishing vests.....of course, Brian and Steven proceeded to kick our butts. We had many fun matches like that. Competitive always but always good natured.

On another occasion Brian and I took on the two pros at Blue, Robbie and Graham. It was an excellent match and Brian and I held our own, losing only by a single hole when Robbie chipped in from a long distance.

Brian loved the game of golf and I loved playing the game with him. I will always have these memories.

Thanks Brian, perhaps I'll see you on the first tee sometime in the future.
