Anja was one of the dearest people I've ever known. She was my Farmers' Market VP for many many years and her role at market contributed greatly to its success. Her cookies were a key part of every market day for my kids, who are both heavily saddened by her passing. Her quick wit and eagerness to help never went un-noticed. She will be remembered by many as a talented quilter, a great cook and baker, but I will always remember her as so much more and feel privileged to be able to call her my friend.
