To our dearest friend Cathy and family it was with a great sense of loss when we heard of your father’s death. We wanted to let you know that you have our greatest sympathy, and our hearts are truly saddened. Your father was more than just a wonderful person; he was always kind and considerate. And, we are sure his passing will not only leave a void in your family’s lives, but in the hearts of all those who knew him. We hope between the mourning and celebration of his life you are able to share some fun stories about your father as I’m sure you have a ton! Someone once said that in the end we all give the world three things: we give it our labour – whatever it is we do, no matter how humble, that makes us an asset rather than a liability. We give it our example – how we live, love, handle both acclaim and adversity. Most of all, we give it our children – the greatest expression of faith and hope there is.
